Moses gichangA Mwaura is a doctoral researcher at WMG's IMRC lab investigating appropriate use of robotics for sustainable food production in developing countries. The research project will see research on An extensible platform for Farm automation with pluggable farm equipment, and will culminate in development of a refined platform. The platform is intended for use in developing countries, with a case study in Kenya.This research has become even more critical with the drought in the Horn of Africa
